Why the Colts Should Rest
In this article, John Oehser provides the most compelling argument I've read yet about why the Colts would be better off resting players if/when they secure a first-round bye.

Awesome
thanks for posting.
I really hope the team locks up the #1 seed as early as possible. I’d love to see a lot of the guys fresh in the playoffs!
Oehser's article has me more confused than ever.
Polian doesn’t believe in momentum, but almost everyone else in the NFL does. I’m not saying going unbeaten is a goal, it isn’t. But resting players too much gives the impression of softness. It’s a macho world and that’s just the way it’s perceived. We need to be more cutthroat. Unleash hell as Tomlin said.
"You can't defend the perfect throw, what can I say?" Peyton quoting Marino
"As I grow older, the list of people who can kiss my ass grows longer"-Ancient Hoosier Proverb.
I have an idea
Maybe we should meet at the Luke a little earlier on Sunday so we can have a sit-down with Polian about this issue
How can you not love a team that does this?
