I don’t buy it. Chris Johnson could break containment, Manning could throw a bad pick, whatever. And the Colts are basically on their own goal line.

Not saying they’ll lose, but I don’t think we have this one in the bag yet.

Manning makes it Wayne on 'dem hoes! Wayne on 'dem hoes! Wayne on 'dem hoes!

How'd this game get so close?

I know what the score is, but this is a close feeling 24-10 game.

What was **that**??

All that runblocking linesmen they have, a stud back, and they throw a fade?? Da hell?

That works out for us Indy fans, but man, what kind of play call was that??

… but did anyone else notice that the Colts did an “everything but the kitchen sink” blitz, and Tennessee still picked it up? If the Colts are going to sell out like that, then I’d like at least one guy to get a hand on Young.

It’s a small thing to worry over, but seriously, did anyone else notice that?

All of the backs look decent this year

I feel like any of them could get the short yardage or can turn chicken shit into chicken n’ rice

by tenyardfight on Dec 6, 2009 3:48 PM EST reply actions

Call me crazy, but even if it means carrying 4 running backs

I say they need to keep Hart. Seriously. Simpson may be useless on kickoff returns, but the man can rush. And so can Hart. You can never have too many good players, especially at such an injury prone position. Indy seriously needs to keep this guy.

Yep. There we go. Victory formation.

I was irritated at the failure to recover the onsides, but really, who cared? You didn’t have to do anything special to stop that offense, you just needed to force them to pass. That’s it. Their strength was in a controlled game, not a “Holy Shit, we need to EXPLODE right now to win!” scenario.

And we saw it. Self destruct. No further points. Turnover on downs. Game over. That’s all Indy needed to do.
