After reading this interview I better understand why he made the team. Not only is he great on Special Teams but he really does sound like a hard worker and a very intelligent and determined guy.
I hope he can make a name for himself in the offseason and hopefully Ray Rychleski (maybe even Larry Coyer for that matter) can coach him to his full potential.
One thing we all shouldn't take for granted about our team, and I really hope it wasn't all Dungy, but we really do try to be in high integrity individuals to play for us. That's a lot more than most NFL teams fans can say!
