Reasons for drafting: "With Crabtree off the board and the Jaguars in DIRE NEED of a wide receiver I believe this is the way to go. People are saying go Mark Sanchez with this pick but I don't think so. Garrard is more than capable right now. With Porter released, Jones released and no true number 1 wide receiver on their roster its easy to make this pick. Maclin might be a little bit of a stretch but in my opinion a top ten pick. Wide receivers are boom or bust in the top half of the first round but even knowing that, the Jags have to make this pick."
