Edgerrin James' longtime girlfriend passes away from leukemia
The girlfriend of former Immokalee star football player Edgerrin James and mother of his four children died of leukemia on Tuesday.Andia Denise Wilson, 30, of Naples died at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa after battling acute myeloid leukemia. James, who plays for the NFL's Arizona Cardinals, is listed as Wilson's "loving spouse and significant other'' in an obituary notice. James and Wilson had four children: Edquisha, 11, Ehyanna, 7, Edgerrin Jr., 4, and Euro, 2. Wilson also is survived by her parents, Jodi Wilson and Larry Green, and grandmother, Viola Fuller.
Though Edge still plays for the Arizona Cardinals, he will always be a Colt. We Colts fans send our thoughts and condolences to Edgerrin and his family.

30… holy crap.
That’s gotta be difficult for a guy (obviously the kids are crushed). I could see him really wanting to play for the Dolphins for a couple years to be near his kids. Problem is, I don’t think Miami or Tampa could use him.

That is really tough!!
I would say that loosing a loved one like that is a total kick in the gut. I truely feel for Edge and his kids. God bless them in this tough time.
