Torry Holt's a Jaguar
Great, just what we needed, a tougher division rival. Holt will be a big upgrade from the nothingness that they had at WR before.
Granted, the Jaguars are still a flawed team, but I'm not looking forward to seeing Holt twice a year.
Former St. Louis Rams wide receiver Torry Holt agreed to a three-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday that could be worth as much as $20 million, according to a source. (From ESPN)

Meh
I’m not afraid of Holt. He’ll be an upgrade over what they had last year, but that’s not saying much. St. Louis’ terrible offense certainly did him no favors last year, but at 33 he’s clearly lost a step. Torry Holt without the ability to separate is not going to scare too many defenses.

nothing to worry about
I think Holt is a great reciever and still can be effective in the NFL. The problem with his stats last year are obviously attributed to being in St. Louis. Thier QB’s didnt have the protection and time to throw. He will encounter the same scenario in Jacksonville. At least twice a year from our pass rush. Plus, David Gerrard is not a very good QB anyway.
