John Clayton of ESPN is reporting that the Cardinals have cut former Colts running back Edgerrin James.

It sure would be nice if we could pick him up for a year – like we did with Dom last year. We’d have 2 vets in Addai and Edge and the two up-and-coming rookies in Brown and Hart (essentially). Nice.

Im all for bringing James back

so long as the contract is cap friendly. Dont care how stacked we might be at RB, I still feel bringing James back is a positive.

If we bring James back, our backs can learn alot. It could also help compensate for Hart if he is not ready to go Week 1. I think a backfield of Addai, Brown,. James, and Hart is better than Addai, Brown, Hart, and Ball.
