It originated from observations about the stages of grief
But has been shown to be applicable to other change situations as well.

Agreed. Moore and Mudd’s departures are sad and frustrating but we can’t dwell on them. Jeff Saturday is looking for hope where there is none; the only hope we have now is in the future.
I’m sure the new (sorta) guys will hit the ground running. I’m excited to see how we look in preseason.
