Why did the Colts let Devin Aromashodu go?
I know Devin Aromashodu hasn't really been with the Colts since about 2007, but I noticed that the Bears have him now. I watched when the Colts brought him in and thought the guy had a lot of talent and potential at WR. He played colleged football at Auburn. I definitely think he's a better player than Pierre Garcon. He just made a 38 yard reception to set up a TD for the Bears the other day. Does anyone know why the Colts cut him?

At the time the Colts were pretty deep at the position..
and Aromashodu was not producing. You can’t keep everyone. He has come a long way in his development and that was a heck of a fantastic catch!!
Kick it through the uprights with Adam Nuougatieri!
Devin
The Colts decided to keep Roy Hall over Devin because Roy was better on special teams. That’s really all it was. Devin outplayed Roy last year at WR during pre-season and camp (remember Devin’s 90 yard TD catch from Quinn Gray?). But, Roy was a much better gunner on ST, and the back-up WRs aren’t just there to be back-ups. They are there to play special teams.
