A (mostly) professional game for Favre - NFC North - ESPN
I turned on the TV and within five minutes Favre possibly ended the career of a Texans cornerback. It was halfway through the 3rd quarter, and I don't know who the player was he hit. It was a nasty blow, though, and I can't imagine it bodes well for him. I hope it wasn't a backup vying for a roster spot. I would also feel bad if it were a starter, though. Alas, poor Texans. Isn't Jared Allen known for cheap shots too?

The hit notwithstanding
Favre looked pretty good tonight. My money is still on Green Bay (not that I’m biased… Aaron Rodgers – GO BEARS!), but the Vikings will be tough to beat if they perform as well as they did tonight.
How can you not love a team that does this?
Oh no, you're not biased.
You must be the least biased person I know…

Man, I need a life...
Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: I don't want this guy to get anywhere near me.
I'm sure you're right...
…but all I really saw was the hit. I had the scene from Animal House go through my mind where the dude says “They can’t do that to our Pledges! Only we can do that to our pledges!”
@lefpsyd
Stupid and dirty hit.
Further proof that my detest for Favre is warranted. I had to mute the t.v. by the 3rd quarter – I couldn’t take all of the man love in the booth.
My money is on the Bears, and I’m really glad we played that division last year!
