Irish Fans ??
Hi guys, I must say, with family and work I have to pick my games for the weekend and usually that means that I watch the NFL. I did get a chance to watch some of the ND vs. Michigan State game this past weekend and was rather intrigued by Eric Olsen on the ND OL. He was playing center...but has played most of his college career at G. For those in the know...how does he project into the NFL? He seemed a little nasty..which I liked. He has multiple position capabilities, and with Saturday getting older and the OL being an issue I was just curious. I know LT is more of a need, but I just wanted to throw this out there. I love looking at these young kids and trying to predict who will make a splash in the NFL!! thanks.

Olsen is a bad ass
He played left guard for 3 years but moved to center this year so the 5 best linemen could start. He’s been AMAZING in run blocking this year along with Chris Stewart and Trevor Robinson. Olsen will probably be a mid-round pick I would assume. This is the first draft of the Weis players, and there are some good ones. Kyle McCarthy is a stud. Sam Young is a great player. James Aldridge could make it in the pros as a running fullback. Olsen is a lot like Jamey Richard to be honest. I would love for Olsen to play here next year.

Thanks!!
I really liked what I saw. I know G/C is not a huge need…but for a mid round pick…
