Ok, I really like Jim Caldwell now. Good article. Lots of quotes, and easy to read. Phil Richards did his research and synthesized a lot of information very clearly.

It’s hard not to like Caldwell. He’s really someone who deserved a head coaching job some time ago. Though, if you are a coach looking for a job, the Indy job is probably one of the best. I guess waiting was the smart move. He’s great a great team, a QB who respects him, the best football GM in the league, and a great owner.
Caldwell is going to do quite well.
