Collie's Nickname.
I was watching a local late night sports show last night. Powers and McAfee were the guests. The host asked them to describe the players in one word. When she asked them to describe Collie, the answer was "The Stormin' Morman". I thought that was funny, when she got to Peyton the answer from the guys was the Boss. BTW- Both Powers, and McAfee were funny and intelligent. I'm glad we have guys like that to root for.

I've seen people around here
call Collie that. I like it.

Random fact of the week from the empty void that is my mind: This is JD's best daydream. Cracks me up every time.
LOL.
The Boss.

Just on a highlight show (Berman on ESPN yesterday) I heard Todd Heap called that
Never heard it before and have no idea of his background. (i.e. does he truly storm? Does he Morm? If I can come up with a few more rhymes, I’ll have a Dr. Seuss book on my hands!)
Okay, just Googled Heap and he is indeed a pretty high-profile Mormon, so if that is in fact his nick-name, our guys have to come up with something better. I suggest the deceptively fast, hard-working, over-achieving fan favorite. No, that’s taken too, many times over.
I hate Joe Namath. That's how long I've been a Colts fan.
The nickname "The Stormin Mormon" has also been used for
The Iowa Hawkeye TE Tony Moeaki for the last five years. He’ll be entering the NFL draft this year and is widely considered the best TE at Iowa since Dallas Clark. Having a few Hawkeyes on the team, including a fellow Hawkeye TE, it wouldn’t surprise me at all for the phrase to have been used around some of the other players.
