Colts back in Baltimore based on winning vs the new Baltimore Football Team.
A little article I found. Looks like the Colts plan to be represented back in Baltimore do to a little betting. Governor Mitch Daniels and Maryland Governor Martin O'Mally have a little extra on the Ravens-Colts game.
"I didn't want to bet money, because I don't think Maryland's check will clear," Daniels said. Maryland has a $2 billion bugget deficit.
