Fantastic effort
I hope his family in Haiti is okay
What great hustle by Pierre
He chose – chose, i.e. made a conscious decision – to not give up on the play. And he makes it happen for his team.
All this while the poor guy is suffering in wait to hear about his family members. And knowing that his childhood country is in ruins. Props to Pierre "Don’t call him “boy”, he Mans up and plays" Garçon. He’s working towards his full potential and heading in the direction of being possibly one of the best, if not the 6th round pick Indianapolis has made.
And once again, here’s to hoping he hears good news from Haiti about his family. I can’t imagine what he’s going through.

Agree with the Conscious Decision
Many on the board did not like Pierre talking back to Ray Lews in November. I loved it ,loved it loved it ….This is what football is about , the attitude you carry will permeate into the game as well.
It takes an physical swagger , attitude to chase down a dangerous guy like Ed Reed and in turn knock out the ball .
It is called taking shit from nobody …..Proud as hell of what Pierre did today.
It is called the " Hunter becoming the hunted " ….Ravens came into our house thinking they are gonna get a finesse team.

I think...
It shows a lot about Garcon’s character. You have to look at the next “INT” play as well. We wAS the one that tracked down Reed on that one too. AMAZING hustle!
My MVP
and an inspiration.
What makes it better than the Leon Lett play from a SB about 20 years ago is that freakin’ Reed is a top athlete, a turnover and TD machine, and was running hard to score, not just showboating inhis own little world.
Awesome play Frenchie and Dallas. We got a couple bounces our way tonight, Balt, the most penalized team in the league this year, had just two against us last time, so it was bound to catch up to them.
How many cliches died today, at least for a week? Finesse team, soft D, poor run D, bye week rust, lack of momentum, Manning’s a big game choker… what am I missing? DVOA took a hit tonight as well.
Next week, time to nail another cliche to the wall: The Chargers own the Colts. Yeah, right.
Our tackling seemed to fade in the 4Q and the O went into too conservative a shell for my tastes, but overall our speed, pursuit, determination, etc showed the wisdom of resting guys.
I hate Joe Namath. That's how long I've been a Colts fan.
YEAH BABY!!!!
You’re in your second year. You are forced into a starting spot by an injury. You last played a lot of football in Division III. You have a great year, and now you are going into a playoff game with a lot of pressure. You are playing a great D. A week before you play this game, your home country where almost all of your family lives is hit by a massive earthquake. Your family may be dead. You don’t know. And then you have this game coming up.
Anyone could have given up and done nothing. He gives 20 times the effort and wins the game with that forced fumble. I love this guy!

My Mvp as well
Bob sanders by his DPOY play in 2006 infused the team with this attitude….Pierre did that today even though he is on the offense . I will support Pierre fully displaying that raw attitude ( Fangs all….Trash talk ) because it brings a swagger to this team.
Peyton never had a raw physical type of receiver ( Clark does display a lot of toughness …but not raw power ) .Pierre has that and here’s wishing he develop those skills better as the years go by.

Thanks dude
You guys are also very classy. You have a good QB who will develop his skills further in the future and a great RB/Receiver in Rice. I can definetly see Colts/Ravens game being nailbiters for some years to come.

At least you carried on the Colts name to dominance. Give you props for that. But why does the league gotta keep making us play you guys every year?!? I need a break already!
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
do their divisions play next year?
since the Ravens didn’t win their division they might not have a regular season game next year

Yea, thank god we got a year break from you next year.
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
Damn it! Stop finishing the season in the same division spot.
It’s how we play the Pats every year.
And, as I said to Bruce, you guys are awesome. You come on over anytime you want. That’s a hell of a team, with a great future.

Garcon
Heady play by that young man. You could see Reed was gonna get punked from 10-15 yards away. That was awesome.
Great play
This kind of makes up for him running a couple wrong routes and that dropped pass:) I like Pierre Garcon and think he is going to be a huge contributor for us over the next 2 games.
These are the kind of hustle plays great players make and Garcon is really starting to prove he will be a major player for us.
agree and think he will do well for us for years to come

I can't be happier today
And I’ll have another party by the afternoon here. Ok I’m a little dizzy cause I’ve drunk some schnapps and beer, but I was so anxious about this game that in the middle of the party I opened my cellphone, turned it on and checked the box score at 3 am here in Brazil. Then I screamed like a girl and started to dance insanely…
And Ed Reed is considering retirement? Oh fuck him
Quitters never win, but cheaters sometimes do
Schnapps and beer??
I did that exactly once. The half hour with my face in the comode convinced me it was a bad idea.
Then again, maybe it was the quantity… ;)

I've been drinking from 11 pm to 4 pm tonight
Maybe to forget the temptation to get back home and watch the rest of the game. Thank God it’ll be repeated at Monday morning
Quitters never win, but cheaters sometimes do
Oh, great... Kravitz "Genius in his own mind" has discovered the concept of the tautology
Kravitz: If Colts don’t choke, they win
Sure, there’s a 3rd option: Don’t choke, just get beaten… but those “pundits” defined games where Indy honestly got beat as “chokes”. In spite of Manning doing all right in some of them. So, tautology. Anyone else wanna crown Kravitz as the “genius” of the Colts reporting world? And yes, “genius” in sarcasm quotes.

Hey, don't be so hard on him.
What he’s done is inspiring. I never thought I’d see the day when someone without frontal lobes could become a sportswriter. Usually, they end up in government jobs.

Hero of the Day
Fucking good music… Should listen to it before I fall asleep. By the way, good night to everybody cause I’m going to do it right now

The Man who Mans Up
That’s my new way of thinking of him. It’s hard for anyone to put aside personal issues and perform, but he’s doing it. And excelling.

I'm trying to get some work done
the day and evening were worthless for that, something about a football game on or something….

AWESOME PIC! just for his hustle alone I love him….after that play even after the drop….HE IS IN MY GROUP OF FAVS!
I feel like I can just take a deep sigh of relief and say I TOLD YOU SO to so many people…the jacksonville ravens. from their black thug pants of jags back to their cocky mannerisms..you just witnessed a beatdown….WE OWN YOU BOTH! two of our three evils(SD is next)…they all thought we were going down. we never thought we were going down. NOT THIS YEAR!
I actually felt like i was watching a hawkeye game with the weekly bashing after a great win. all week we fans had to defend ourselves from uninformed fans to the media bashing! the colts were 14-0, the ravens were 8-7 and they had 7 losses and the colts NONE!
I said all along…this team is different. the players said it too. no way no how did I feel even with the giveaway games(which I wanted perfection but will gladly trade for a lombardi) that this team is different
if ever there was a group that the word TEAM represented….its this colts TEAM!
I remember those fools on the nfl network in the summer, sanders, faulk and other fools saying the colts will finish behind the titans and texans because its just time for them to lose…the dumbest analogy ever….its time?? no its PRIME time they are in. all of our key players are in their prime!!!! this team was never picked by anybody in the preseason and I just rolled my eyes like I do after listening to the idiot media in jax daily and the bashers. they so dont know this team
and even though I know we could have done better (peyton wanted more TDs) that was as DOMINATE a performance that i have seen all year! and I MEAN DOMINATE! to see the ravens sitting on the bench minus all the smugness and thug girations….THIS FEELS SO GOOD! relief and joy is what I feel today
yes we have more work to do. its far from over but….
and I will say it again..this team is different like the past failures of the post season
jim caldwell…how he didnt coach of the year is CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
