Well deserved win for the men in charge

First I will start by saying that Manning has never looked so good. He dominated the best defense in the NFL today. His accuracy was incredible. Garcon and Collie looked like seasoned vets, their play was so great to see. When Manning actually has a decent defense around him he always comes through.

Secondly, I must say that I have been a firm believer in Jim Caldwell since the day he brought in a new defensive coordinator and Special Teams Coach. He made necessary changes to the team. He also made many improvements with defensive personnel. In his first year, he already has them in the Super Bowl. I think he has done a perfect job.

Also, Bill Polian did a great job in the off-season. This team would not be the same if he did not do such a great job on players like Collie. He was a steal, and if that pick had been a bust the offense would have struggled much more. Powers, Lacey, and McAfee were also very high value pick-ups that have made major contributions.

I've said all year to negative fans of other teams that this year's Colts team is special. They have proven that despite doubters ranging from opposing fans to "experts." If the Colts pull it off we will get to finally see another Super Bowl brought back to Indianapolis. I feel confident that will happen. Giving Peyton Manning two weeks to prepare for a team does not fair well for the opposition.
