Slowly but surely becoming one of my favorite players on the Colts

Remember folks, I'm almost always wrong.
My sig was too long...

by Scott Coleman on Jan 25, 2010 12:03 AM EST via mobile reply actions

I completely agree

I said after his huge hustle play against the Ravens that those are the kinds of plays that endear you to a fan base. I saw a lot more 85 jerseys at my school today then I ever have, and I’m sure they’re still flying off the racks. I envision Pierre being the same to Reggie as Reggie was to Marvin, an excellent complement for 6-7 years and then ready to step up as the number 1 once Reggie is done (god-willing with Peyton still tossing the ball).

Haiti

Has a real Hero to root for. I am going to say it. PIERRE GARCON IS NOW A BIG TIME NFL RECIEVER. His potential is boundless. Not really sure what we are going to do with Gonzo next year. Trade? Or, does his return mean that we start running 4 WR packages w/Clark at TE?

The Hatian Sensation!!!!

I have really been excited about this guy since camp and has just became a threat and a force to reckoned with

I love it so much

I’m getting teary-eyed. God I love this guy! Pierre is my hero.

What a great catch on that first deep ball in the first quarter, he had Sheppard beat and manning was just a touch off target with the throw but he adjusted and made a tough over the shoulder snag, just one of many great plays on the day. I remember he also had a great block on a stretch play by Addai down the sideline.

Speaking of awesome receivers

How perfect was that deep ball to Collie? That may be the best Peyton pass ever and I am not exaggerating. It was right over his shoulder into his arms on a 40 yard pass. It was glorious.

Is it me

or is this Peyton’s best playoff game? I guess I’m so impress with it since he was going against the #1 overall defense in the Jets with two “rookie” wide receivers were catching nearly everything thrown they way if Reggie and Dallas being covered. Peyton is the greatest.

maybe john clayton can rethink his absurd qb rankings list…

by zkmavz on Jan 25, 2010 12:57 AM EST up reply actions

It may be

With everything considered, it may be. The Broncos games were better statistically, but they weren’t going against the #1 defense then. It was a great game.

I feel like

the Peyton we’ve grown to know and love was BACK with this game… he’s obviously been excellent in all games he’s played, but this one really stood out for me

How can you not love a team that does this?

by LovinBlue on Jan 25, 2010 1:07 AM EST up reply actions

I agree with you

There was something special about him yesterday, picking apart the leagues #1 defense. I just cherished every moment of that game yesterday. I hope two weeks from now we can see an even better game!

Beautiful

by Sulaiman on Jan 25, 2010 1:28 AM EST up reply actions

so true

That was one of the best passes of Peyton’s career, if not THE best (ok his bullet into Wayne for the game-winning TD against the Patriots earlier this year was right up there). But this was certainly one of the most beautiful long passes. I was sure it was going to be knocked down.

How can you not love a team that does this?

Vegas has us as 4 point favorites in the Super Bowl.

by KingRichard on Jan 25, 2010 7:58 AM EST reply actions

Wise

But we shouldn’t underestimate our opponet… Given the fact they’re the Saints, with multiple offensive weapons and a few good defensive players, the fact we’re favorites in Las Vegas doesn’t chance anything

That’s actually one of the lowest spreads in a long time. They’re basically saying it’s a toss up.

I am falling head-over-heals in love with PG!

I love the attitude he brings to the game. Quickly becoming a fave.

I feel like an old Budweiser commercial: I just want to say “I love you, man” to everyone on the team. lol

And I’ll tell you what, I will always love Dungy, but Caldwell is beyond fantastic. I just trust him.

Here’s hoping Pierre gets some good news about all of his relatives soon.

Thanks for letting me know.

I agree with everything you said

Pierre’s been improving week after week and he’s got some great potential.

Caldwell made me a believer. He’s made so many right decisions this year that some rookie coaches don’t make and I just love the guy.

God, I want to say “I love you, man” to everyone too lol – Yesterday was awesome!!!
