Congratulations to all of the Colts fans here at Stampede Blue. What a great game played by a great team. However... now that the Super Bowl is sealed, there is a bit of serious business that everyone will have to begin to plan. That's WHAT DO WE EAT? I have a Super Bowl party every year here in San Francisco, and I always feature food from the respective cities who are participating. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I have never visited Indianapolis.
I'm here to ask nicely for suggestions from true Colts fans in Indianapolis as to what are the signature dishes from Indiana?
