Rested or tested

I have been a Colts fan for almost 50 years and I am more disgusted than I have ever been with the franchise. Not the team...this is a great Colts team. But with the management. I have been loyal through the lean years (the ignominious move from Baltimore; John Elway being drafted and saying he would play USFL rather than with the Colts) and the fat years: Johnny Unitas/Raymond Berry; Peyton Manning/ Marvin Harrison. But to see the 14/0 Colts go out 0-2 against the Jets and the Bills really rankles. You want to rest starters? That's what the off-season is for. Two weeks ago, while the Colts "rested" the Chargers and the Patriots were tested. And they rose to the occasion. The Colts will face one or the other and I predict they will go down. If they can't beat Buffalo I guarantee they won't beat the Chargers (if they make it past the Pats). I'll be rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, a team that is more interested in winning than being crowned de facto Super Bowl champs.
