Sprint Game Ball Of The Week: Joseph Addai For Week Six
Joseph Addai wins the Sprint Game Ball Of The Week award after rushing for 128 yards and 1 TD on 17 carries. On of his runs was a 46-yard scamper off left tackle, which might have been the biggest play of the game.
So suffice it to say that 87,000-plus fans inside FedEx Field Sunday night were fired up after Washington linebacker Brian Orakpo got to Manning, forced a fumble and the Redskins capitalized with a touchdown to close within three points four minutes into the second half.
That the Indianapolis Colts instantly responded with a big play and quick-strike touchdown was no shock, but Manning and friends usually do their damage through the air. This time, though, tailback Joseph Addai ripped through the Redskins for a 46-yard run on first down, then three plays later scored on a 13-yard burst, capping a four-play, 66-yard drive to regain a double-digit lead that stifled the home team's momentum.
"Huge," [Peyton Manning] said. "Three runs, all Addai."
Addai wins the game ball with an impressive 62% of the vote.
Last week's winner: Mike Hart

Any word on Addai's injury?
I would have thought something would be posted by now.
agreed
he deserves it hope he isn’t hurt bad,, when Colts can run the ball no one can stop them except themselves,, glad they have 2 weeks to help get healed up
Based on what I saw
at worst, it’s a level 2 concussion. At best, he got his bell run and he banged his injured shoulder some more…
He’ll be ready for Houston, I just hope he’s okay period.
He deserved it.
Joseph Addai looked great as usual last night, running the ball for over 100 yards and picking up the blitz, I hope his injuries aren’t too bad and he heals up for the Texans game.
GET WELL JOE
BTW, is it just me or does it seem the our O-Line looks great when Jamey Richard isn’t on it. Just a thought.
Colts fan since Tony Dungy's 48th Birthday.
Joe deserves the ball,
But Powers played a kick ass game on Sunday.
