Harris, who was selected in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers, was recently waived by the Buffalo Bills. He also had workouts for the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots this season. Quaye, an undrafted free-agent, spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars during the preseason. He also had a workout for the Cleveland Browns earlier this season.
