Pat McAfee Charged With Misdemeanor Count For Public Intoxication
Under Indiana State law, public intoxication is a class B misdemeanor, punishable with up to 180 days in jail, and a $1000 dollar fine. It's worth noting that Colts DT John Gill was arrested for public intoxication back in August and he was not charged.

Odd Charge
Odd to charge him to me. A drunk 23 year old in Broadripple, I’m shocked (note the sarcasm). They just see a chance to get money.
He will get the base
Likely a $200 fine and if anything, 30 days probation.

the preseason and the being drunk in a streeet gutter
must be a different offense than being drunk in the season and going for a swim!!!
the reason he was charged
.. was because he tried to get into the car with that woman .. For that reason they can’t ignore it if she wants some kind of charges. I would guess he will get no more than a slap on the wrist.
An expert is someone who knows more and more about less and less until they know everything about nothing...
