King said he's been healed for a while
Are we to assume he re-injured his hamstring?
"We ARE going to our own private island, Chris: it's called the State Fucking Fair!"
Shouldn't the Colts just release Hart?
I’ve got nothing against the dude, even if he is from Michigan. But if you had a ratio to number of games missed, versus number of plays he was actually in a game, he may be in the negative.
Bring the FB up and give Joe someone to run behind.
How many years was Brown signed for? If he doesn’t come back for the rest of the season after the bye, it may be time to say bye to him too.
Brown will come back, and if you say good bye to all injured players, soon you end up with Kenton Keith
bye week
we need 2 wins and that bye week can’t come soon enough

There's a point when you go from diminishing returns
to no returns.
How many plays has Hart had since he’s been with the team? Bob has a better play to injury ratio and people are always calling for him to be cut.
maybe baby james
will get a few carries and do well, we need 2 healthy backs at least

I really don't blame him for the SB - because he was playing!
and I don’t blame any player for being injured, it’s part of the game.
But maybe Hart should be playing a different game because he hardly ever plays pro football.
true
but unfortunately he gets hurt too much, no good if you can’t play, feel bad for him, but need healthy bodies running esp tomorrow

Be Patient
For a 3rd string running back, Hart is really good, even considering injuries.
1. Do people not remember Addai?? It wasn’t more than two years ago that Addai hardly played, Dominic Rhodes actually had more yards than him that year because I Addai had so many injury problems. Did the Colts get rid of him? No, and now Addai is awesome! The past is the past. If Hart is on the Roster, I would trust polian and Caldwell believe there is a good chance Hart will be healthy in the future.
2. Don’t forget, Running Back by Nature are more injury prone. Management must be more patient in dealing with their injuries than other positions like Quarterbacks and Tackles. They get the tar beat out of them more than about any other position.
I believe we will be seeing a lot of good things from Hart. He still won’t put up great stats I doubt because of our crappy O-line though. But he will be good.
Hart is no Addai
Joe had a pro bowl year, then half a good year before he got hurt. Even when he was hurt he played a lot of games.
Figure out how many games Hart has been hurt compared to how many times he’s been active. And then factor in that he’s supposed to be our short yardage back???
You’re right about RB’s being the most hammered, Hart has proven he can’t take the NFL hits. He averages, what, about 5 plays a week and can’t stay healthy? Maybe it’s time to admit he doesn’t have an NFL body.
i have no idea why so many people are so high on Hart.....
the SB 1-yard, i suspect Addai would have gotten that freakin 1-yard! Or even Chad Simpson! Not sure about Brown, he looks too fragile…. I really have no idea why the team let Hart run on that very important 3-1 and then blame Lilja for the failure! and see how well the Chiefs are running now?? I remember some fans here commented Lilja actually are very good blocking for runs…. well……
If you see my smilieys, think of E.M.H. - our COLTs King of Smileys!
During the current state of affairs, Smileys are not smiling anymore.....
We can't really expect to see any more than 350 yds and 4 TDs for Peyton. Talk about
a poor showing! This guy’s arm must be falling off.
exactly waht we might see tomorrow
3-4 TDs 300+ yards just give a little protection and some stops on D D will play better tomorrow!!!!! Colts usually have Chiefs number and Peyton will get satisfaction by beating 3 head coaches for KC tomorrow, no spygate for the KC coaches tomorrow
