Jacques McClendon starting next year?

Judging from the amount of views on Youtube, the broadcast version of The Bill Polian Show is something a lot of Colts fans aren't seeing. Aside from the regular questions from fans that he does in his radio show, Polian goes over tape and analyzes the next opponent. Most importantly, a young player is interviewed each week while Polian talks about their strengths and what they can bring to the team in the future.

In Week 11, rookie offensive lineman Jacques McClendon was interviewed. Polian starts talking about young Jacques at 8:30. Check out what he had to say around the 9:10 mark.

McClendon is a guy who has had to take a backseat to the veteran O-lineman in his rookie year, so I thought it was highly interesting to hear Polian outright say that he's sure Jacques will be a starter next year. Obviously, anything can happen between now and August. But since the fans don't really know much about McClendon's talent at this point, Polian's comments show that the team has a lot of faith in him moving forward.

I'd recommend watching every other Bill Polian Show. Players like Jaimie Thomas and Jerry Hughes in particular had some really interesting interviews.
