These two will assuredly make the Pro Bowl. Who else will? (Photo by Jim Rogash/Getty Images)
For those of you who have been waiting and waiting to find out who will be playing in the Pro Bowl, your wait is over. Tonight, at 7:00 ET on NFL Network (express disgust if you still don't have NFL Network), the entire Pro Bowl team will be announced live during NFL Total Access. Fan voting ended over a week ago, which I believe counts for 1/3 of the total vote (players and coaches each get 1/3 each as well). Peyton Manning finished third overall in the fan voting with over 1.1 million votes, coming in only behind Tom Brady and Michael Vick. The AFC South had three players in the top 10, with RB Arian Foster and RB Maurice Jones-Drew finishing 8th and 9th respectively.
The Colts should have several players considered for the Pro Bowl: Center Jeff Saturday, Defensive Ends Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis, Kicker Adam Vinatieri, Safety Antoine Bethea, and Wide Receiver Reggie Wayne.
The Pro Bowl will once again be played during the "bye" week between the Championship games and the Super Bowl, but will once again be played in Hawaii. I don't know if they have officially announced that Super Bowl team players won't have to make the trip, even though they aren't playing, like they did last year. That seems like a really long trip to send players on before one of the biggest games of their careers.
