With all the smack that defensive coordinator Greg Williams seems to be talking these days one has to wonder, as has already been stated, if he is simply scared of #18. Turns out he has a reason to be.
I'm not going to go into deep analysis here of the stat line, because (1) it speaks for itself and (2) I'll leave that to the regulars on this site (P.S. if the formatting on this sucks please forgive me, because this is the first time I've posted). If we take a quick look at the times Manning has played against a team with Williams as the D coordinator or in some other significant coaching position we can see that Manning has owned him just like he has owned everyone else.
Not counting the preseason, Mannings first game against Williams was in 2003. Williams was the head coach of the Buffalo Bills at this time. Here is the line:

The next matchup was when Williams was the defensive coordinator/assistant head coach of the Redskins in 2006 - aka the game where the Redskins gave Manning a "remember me shot" and then Manning dusted himself off, got angry, and demolished them:

During 2008, Williams held the same position for the Jaguars for one season. Finally, his team got the win, but Manning came back late in the season, having figured out the D, and posted a 141 rating:

So, not a whole lot to go off of, but a 3-1 record is promising. Not to mention the two ratings 140 or higher. I look forward to seeing how others dissect the info. Go Colts! (note: when I first posted, the first chart was screwed up. I tried to fix it, but I think it got worse. Just in case the info on the buffalo game is here.)
