Jim Caldwell is so much more than a coach.

Whatever he’s doing, he’s doing it right. How can you not respect of guy like that. I’m proud he’s the Colts coach. Thank God they have him.
I’ve read a lot from the MSM that he just came in to a ship that runs itself. That’s not so. Anyone who follows the Colts as much as we do knows this. It takes a man with character to follow his convictions and voice them. You go Coach!

Agreed

I haven’t read Dungy’s book nor did I read many articles about how he coached, but I dare say Caldwell is even more special. He seems extremely well read and has successfully found those nuggets that – as the author says – the team “gobbles up.”

How can you not love a team that does this?
