Around SBN: Leandro Damiao Is Still Really Good

That's "offensive" as in "on the offense," not to say I'm offended by the changes, LOL.

Anyone know anything about Ron Prince?

Agreed

Coaching recently on the D1 level can also help in evaluating guys for this draft. Especially with the Big 12 prospects. Might even have a pulse on how guys tick, if he tried recruiting them to K state.

Really?

Or are you being facetious? I only ask because the first thing I read on Wikipedia was about his scandal at K-State and he never got the team much past 50% wins.

How can you not love a team that does this?

he'll be an assistant position coach though

I’m blanking on the name of the principal, but people get promoted up to the level that they can’t handle. Pro assistant position coach is significantly down the totem pole from college HC, so I think he’ll be plenty competent.

I assume that you're talking about the Peter Principle:

It’s a pretty good rule.

No

I learned a lot about Prince when he was being considered for Notre Dame’s OL coach job. He’s done well building a line every where he has gone.

Aha!

So he is the guy that’s going to replace Pete as the assistant O-line coach. I was wondering about that.
