It appears as though Tim Jennings has found a role as cushion in another Tampa-2 defense, with the Bears.
Well, given Cutler's performance last year, maybe they're trying to limit his snaps?

Hey, I'm not cryin' over this
I just figured they’d release him and nobody would be interested, so he’d be able to provide emergency depth at corner (recall, he was only playing because of injuries) but primarily have a role on special teams, which is something he’s actually somewhat decent at (being a gunner). No, just look up my history on Phil B’s blog (I post as A.J. over there) during live chats; can’t tell you how many times I’ve followed the word “Jennings” with “!%^*!”|^!ing cushion" or something like that.
If Indy could get some real depth at cornerback and just have kept Jennings to being on special teams, I could’ve lived with that. And I figured that’s what they’d try to do. But it’s all moot now since he’s going to Chicago.

This will force the front office and coaching staff to draft more DBs. I feel good about, Hayden, Powers and Lachey. The only problem I see is youth. Dont be shocked if Polian targets a free agent DB. I think it would be wise to get another cornerback with game experience.

he was already lining up presnap in chicago, might as well play for the team in that zip code.
