Had a good turnout though, so that's encouraging
Lotsa new folks who only got involved this February at Caucus for the first time. I love it when people get involved early instead of complaining about who we have to choose from come November.
Definitely time to double up on cocktails now that I’m at home though.

Oh believe me its true. The whole premise is that you have to first pretend that your math fits reality, then make up even new harder math to solve the math that you imagined was right in the first place. Then when you try to explain the second brand of math you can’t describe it because its like trying to explain a dream you had. It all made sense when you were dreaming it, but now that you are replaying it in your mind again, all you can do is sit there and think “Wtf did I smoke right before bed?”

I’m not even sure the raiders even realize what a first round pick is. They are just as likely to pick someone who should go in round 4 as they are to follow any advice from every other person in the world. You gotta wonder what their draft personnel meetings are like.

Here will be the key
WVU is 2nd in the country in Offensive Rebounding.
Missouri is 329 in Offensive Rebounding Allowed. Probably because they try to leak out so much.
Also, WVU has played OK in a quicker game. Missouri is 7-5 in games that are below their average pace, which I’m guessing WVU will try to force them into. That includes losses to Nebraska and Oral Roberts.

I also found it very annoying in the Butler game
when the PBP and color guy kept on saying that Butler was wearing down by having their small package in. Missing a couple shots =/= wearing down.

I think KSU was helped out greatly
by KU losing earlier in the day. Had KU won, all their fans that were there (I’m going to assume 60-65% of the crowd) would have stayed and rooted against KSU.
With KU losing, they all either left, or are just sitting on their hands, still in shock. That 10 point run to start the game for BYU would have brought the house down, but it didn’t.

It looked and sounded pretty good
The package Butler offered was a good price really. 1,800 per person is pretty good when it covers flight, hotel, and both games. The problem is that how many of these people will go to Salt Lake after spending nearly 2K on those games.

Butler has such a small alumni base
Ohio State’s 2009 graduating class has more people than there are living Butler alumni. Compared to the other teams left that is nothing. Even if Butler makes the Final Four it wouldn’t be a Butler crowd.

But a team like Murray State had no clear #1 and that caused Butler a hell of a lot of trouble. Butler draws a lot of fouls and has 3 great defensive players as well. If a team has a star player, they should be able to be stopped unless they are massive.

Bill Self is looking like the Atlanta Braves and Indianapolis Colts, underachieving for the most part with good teams when the stage gets bigger but got through once due to some luck against Davidson and Memphis.
Now, my other 3 of my final four – Kansas St., Kentucky and Baylor are the ones I am banking on to save my bracket. I had both Georgetown and Villanova losing before the Sweet 16 and so far, that has been good but like most brackets, it is not how you start, it is your final four and champs that get you the most points. My champ is unfortunately Kansas :-(. Burn baby, burn :-(.

the last star coin on that level is a fucking pain though
pretty much have to go the whole level without being touched in a level with tons of cannon balls to even get an attempt at it with the prop hat.

There are patterns
and there are certain spots that items show up more often than others, so it isn’t entirely random. You can thank 8-bit programming for that.
I also got the Nintendo Power magazine with the game, and I learned it forwards and backwards. I can beat the game in under 30 minutes now, and can beat it by beating every level in about 3.5-4 hours.

I played it on the SNES,
and I’ve beaten it. My brother and I would play co-op on it all the time (We are both really good), and one time, we got sick of leaving the game early, so we sat down 1 Saturday and beat the entire thing in 1 session. Awesome game.

wow our 4th and 7th for there 5th and 6th?
pretty fair trade but if you had done just our 4th for there 5th and 7th it would have gotten us 2 picks for a better value maybe however they may not have gone for it. I think we well still get quality guys there.

Shoot I know you were not really looking at DE but in the 5th if Jason worilds is available like he still is I would take him with your first of two picks in the 5th.
and then you can take TE or so after that
