What? Why? When?

Okay, now I’m feeling a little like BBS and thinking they’re just trying to change everything. Polian really is taking this out on the o-line or something. Diem I would understand, Lilja, WHY?

That makes absolutely no sense.

"It's the greatest job in the world until Peyton comes off the field and you think his thumb might be broken and there's three minutes left in the AFC Championship Game and you're down by three to New England and you haven't taken a snap all year. Yeah, it's a great job until that point." - Jim Sorgi

This better not be the influence of

our new O-Line coach

F***!!!

How can you not love a team that does this?

Craig Domann, Lilja’s agent, said the release was not necessarily financially-driven. The team paid Lilja a $1.7 million roster bonus he was due, then terminated his contract. Lilja was due to earn a base salary of $3.055 million in 2010.

"They said they want to go bigger, and they let him go,’’ Domann said. "Ryan was disappointed, but I know he’ll land on his feet.’’

Now it makes even less sense

At it didn’t make sense before.

Now we only need 4 new starters on the offensive line.

If it ain't broke...

I know the Colts didn’t run the ball as well as they have last year (I still think it was an improvement over 2008 though), but honestly… Peyton was the least sacked QB in football last year and has been for a f***ing while. I would rather have lost Diem, if we had to lose anyone.

Unbelievable

Looks like Polian is going for bigger players on defense and now offense. But Lilja is a proven guard with no one on the team that can provide quality depth at that position. I don’t have a comfortable feeling with so many wholesale changes!

This is weird.

Bigger guys? Bigger guys couldn’t protect Tony Romo.

Ha!

Most excellent point!
