Check out our UDFA's
Ok Colt Fans,
Here's a peek at what's coming to camp. I found what I believe to be the best. So here we go with video links and my thoughts on each player:
True player..David Caldwell - S out of William & Mary..sleeper who is a ball hawk that will hit a fool! He is nasty and a sure tackler. He definitely makes the team. Good bye Silva - He just didn't make the quantum leap his 2nd yr in the system.

Brandon James from Fla. is a special teams weapon that reminds me of Devin Hester....Wow! How did teams sleep on this one? He makes the team over Fisher in my opinion. Fisher is worthless as a CB and reminds me of Rushing (injury prone, smallish and great quickness but fragile) I hope Fisher and James both make it but advantage James....shoot me your vote

Brandon King CB from Purdue..nice ball skills and finishing tackler..sleeper..he makes the team too! Terrail Lambert better watch out for the 5th spot.

Edgerrin James' cousin "Baby J"! Rb from the U who possesses Great vision and balance (great pedigree too)..good # 2 back once Addai leaves maybe #3. Hate to say it but...Hart may be in trouble...definite practice squad addition if not on the active roster...give me your thoughts!

Thad Turner cb ohio ..aggressive corner..a bit of a thumper ...has a nasty streak. Needs to be coached up on making more plays on the ball but he will hit u and separate you from the ball..I like him..reminds me of Thomas out of USC in that way and his physicality is in line with Powers and Hayden....he could be a practice squad addition or a special teamer

Vuna Tuihalamaka, LB, Arizona good motor and great downhill thumper. Aggressive player with good speed, wraps up well and breaks down in space...another physical player with a bit of nastiness to him. I believe that was Toby Gerhart from Stanford he sent reeling. if so, how hot is that! He makes the team as a special teamer for now. Ramon Humber and Cody Glenn are on the bubble when he hits camp.

Thanks to Ty46, here is footage on CB/S Mike Newton
Very physical around the ball and seems to function well in zone coverage. I like his nose for the action. I would like to see him stick but I have to see our options at corner first. I think CB may be his best shot on this year's roster...but hey, throw them all in and let's see what comes out.

Overall, it'"s a good group that seem to be physical with a knack for making plays around the ball. In my opinion. we are adding physicality to our mantra of fast, smart, and physical. I like the edge that these group of players bring. Let me know your thoughts. Chow!

Great Post!
Tuihalamaka looks like a best, he was all over the field.
Turner looks like a special teams only prospect. He’s good at hitting and making the tackle, but those highlights don’t really show any cover skills.
King looks like a pretty good corner, I bet he makes the team as a backup.
It will be interesting to see if Brandon James makes the roster. He looks like a great returner. It would be awesome if we could keep him and Fisher.
It’s awesome that we signed Edgerrin’s cousin, but I don’t see him making the 53 man roster. Who knows though.
David Caldwell could definitely make the squad ahead of Silva. I also think Mike Newton could take that spot.

Good video Ty46
I forgot about Mike Newton…I think he could be in play…maybe on the practice squad or a special teamer..I like his nose for the ball coupled with his aggressiveness.
Newton, the Flying death squirrel and Brandon James are my picks
If Russia attacked Turkey from the rear, Do you think Greece would help?
Caldwell, James and King
Looked impressive to me, Nice post, thanks for putting that all together in the one place for us! Rec’d
And on the 7th day, God created Tebow, so that he may watch over his flock and remind them of the importance of integrity and "just being a winner".
- In retrospect he should have stopped after day 6 and watched the colts on primetime

I know avid Colt fans want as much info as I do on these upcoming rookies
BTW…oh and rec? Help me out lol
what about blair white?
i think he’s a sure bet to make the team. after watching mich. state this past season i feel confident that if gonzo can’t come back as soon as expected, white will step in without a hitch.

I’m kind of curious. First, watching his highlights shows he’s a big hitter, looks fast on the field, and does very well in pass coverage. The reel shows him picking off numerous passes, some of them going for TDs. Yet his college statistics don’t reflect these numbers, his interceptions or returns. The blocked FG he returned for a TD is there but I’m having trouble finding stats to back up what I’m seeing on tape. Is it possible that we’re looking at the wrong guy on some of those plays?
Thanks.
Thanks to MarkFive05 I have a new theme video that I hope you all will remember me by: BAM BAM

Espn doesn’t seem to have anything but the sack numbers.

that page also shows that he was a returner, too, and a pretty decent one, too.

Where do you keep finding this stuff?

I search for "colts" when I'm on Twitter
and I see any time anybody makes a post with that word in it
How can you not love a team that does this?
Don't look past Gregg Peat
Not really an Indianapolis fan, but thought I’d give you guys some heads up. Look for Gregg Peat as a dark horse as a guard to make the squad. He’s out of Oregon State and was one of the team’s co-captains. He’s apparently a good locker-room guy. He also won All-Pac-10 honors twice. Oregon State’s offense has been potent, and he’s had 4 pretty solid seasons in the program. He’s a bit under-sized. He has Very good technical skills, but is not particularly strong in any area. I’d pay attention to him – think you might have gotten a bit of a steal here. Guess we’ll find out in training camp.
