Colts Sign Fourth-Round Pick Jacques McClendon
National Football Post is reporting that the Colts have signed their shiny new OG from Tennessee to a four-year $2.22 million contract. McClendon is super strong, having bench pressed 225 pounds 37 times (!), and super smart, having earned a post-graduate degree from Tennessee in 4 years.
Welcome to the Colts, officially, Jacques!

you see
there is no reason to panic or be annoyed BBS. The Colts still have 4 days till camp starts. these guys will all be in camp ready to go and on time.
We don't have to worry
Hopefully he won’t be another OL “bust” drafted by Polian
Long live rock 'n' roll, and r.i.p. Dio
McClendon is relatively late-round.... not 1st or 2nd...
so I hope he escapes the “curse”…..

That would depend...
was it a 2-yr degree in 4, or a 7-yr doctorate?
Obviously I’d be more impressed with one than the other.
Post-grad usually means above Bachelor's.
I’ve never really heard it used otherwise.
Anyway, Colts.com lists his degree as Economics and a Master’s in Sports Management.

Econ?
Im not really that impressed only because i despise anything that has to do with politics (thats for another story though since i dont want to mix politics with football).
I am, however, impressed that he got his degree so quickly and that he is a double major.

I count it as 2 degrees
not a double-major
He got an undergraduate degree (BS or BA) in Economics, and a Master’s in Sports Management.
How can you not love a team that does this?
Agrreed & got Masters relatively fast even if wasnt playing football so with football has to be quite intelligent
Please Read My 1st paragraph of profile to realize my multiple disabilities making it hard to type correctly if there are many typos etc
He's working on a Master's in Sports Management
