One more rookie signed makes BigBlueShoe a happy boy.
Rookie seventh round pick Ricardo Mathews' agent, Dave Lee of PlayersRep, announced on Twitter that Mathews signed a four-year deal. Phil B. Wilson of the Indy Star, who is now a Twitter maniac, wrote:
Score one for the Internet. Agent for #Colts 7th-round pick Ricardo Mathews announced contract signing on Twitter today.
We don't know the terms of the deal, but having Mathews signed lowers my blood pressure another few points.
Next up, Pat Angerer. The dude should be signed by now. Let's get the Iowa kid inked so the team can focus on getting Jerry Hughes in camp on time.
