I just read this on the Star’s website. I wonder where this leaves his status on the roster. I don’t think they will cut him, however it could impact his position on the depth chart.

Well he will be suspended for sure
so even if the Colts plan to keep him, he will miss some games regardless
I don't think he gets suspended.......
Unless he get convicted. He still will have a court date.
