Sproles remains a versatile back who can provide an occasional electric burst in the running and return game, but doesn't get enough touches to warrant fantasy consideration outside of return yardage leagues. The scatback is a pending free agent this offseason, and might be too pricey a situational back to re-sign given all the other free agents the Chargers' front office must deal with in the coming months. If Sproles leaves San Diego, we'd like to see him sign with a team that plays its home games on turf.
