The year we won the Super Bowl we were LUCKY and....

Everybody thinks we're all crazy for thinking Peyton may/should leave. And some may disagree that Polian is an egotistical asshat. "What are you talking about we were 14-0", "we're still good", etc, etc, etc. Ya, the BILLS were really good for a bunch of years as well, and how many rings did they win????

The fact is, the year we won the Super Bowl, Peyton had to pull a MIRACLE at home against New England. LUCKILY, the Bears were waiting in the Super Bowl. Even then it was the same shit. "Bend don't break" defense that doesn't win championships. Undersized players who play special teams and get lit up cause they're small, etc. Personally, I'm so over it. Its very very nice that we won that Super Bowl, but in my opinion, we were lucky. How many times can you rely on a quarterback to come back and win games against teams that actually play Defense?
