Let me be clear: it is obvious that we do not yet need a new QB and I look forward to getting some rings in the next handful of seasons.
It is also obvious that Manning won't play forever. So, that being said...
I am assuming with Manning's retirement no one wants to see the dawning of the Painter era. So...
How long until the Colts draft a QB?
Or will we get a free agent QB?
Or will we rebuild the entire offensive game-plan?
I wouldn't mind seeing us pick up a good QB in 3-4 years, letting them be tutored by the best QB in football for season or two in order to improve their skills and ease the transition as a whole. Just my thoughts.
