Answer me this one question

We were eliminated from the playoffs yesterday.

Indianapolis is 10-6.

Kansas City is 10-6. We beat them

Philly is 10-6. We lost to them.

Out of those three teams the hardest schedule rankings are, Philly (9), Indy (11), Kansas City (22).

If the other two teams were eliminated from the playoffs today, how does the tie-breaker work?

I was told it's about strength of schedule, but wouldn't wins and losses against each other be a factor in the order of the draft?
