Caldwell sucks. We lost another close playoff game we were supposed to win (favored in both saints and  jets games). I think we are being outcoached, Caldwell has made poor decisions (timeout??????). It is very dissapointing to have the best qb to ever play football on our team and only have 1 SB win. Caldwell needs to go, we need to get some offensive line, and hopefully next year we will stay healthy.

What upsets me is that I think Caldwell will be around to stay (BBS reported a few weeks ago that Irsay tweeted: Caldwell for coach of year! or something like that).  The only way he is gone is if Peyton or Polian step up and say this guy needs to go. I hope something like that happens. Peyton has a lot of power this offseason maybe he can convince them to get rid of this guy. All Caldwell did was suck up to Dungy for years and inherit the job, he didn't earn it, he needs to be fired.
