2011 NFL Draft: Colts Will Draft 22nd Overall

Stay connected for news and updates

After the Chiefs, Saints, Eagles, and Colts all lost this weekend, the 2011 NFL Draft order is slowly coming into focus. We already know the order for the non-playoff teams. Here's the order from picks 21-24:

21. Kansas City Chiefs (10-6)
22. Indianapolis Colts (10-6)
23. Philadelphia Eagles (10-6)
24. New Orleans Saints (11-5)

The 22nd pick is the lowest the Colts have been in the first round since they had the 11th pick in the 2002 NFL Draft. They took Dwight Freeney with that selection. In 2003, they had the 24th overall pick and took Dallas Clark.

Mocking The Draft, SB Nation's NFL Draft blog, has players like offensive tackle Derek Sherrod and defensive tackles Allen Bailey and Stephen Pea ranked in the 20s.
