Although it's the same old blah blah blah, what is so frustrating is there is no accountability for the same issues that has plagued the Colts for the last few years. I hate to beat a dead horse (pun intended), but sorry Bill but the Tampa 2 has not worked for us for a while now. Teams have adjusted and exploited the gaps. Polian blames the losses on shoddy technique and injuries (which ARE correctable through coaching, depth, and strength and conditioning). Which again are the same issues that have crippled this team time and time again. If my superiors in the workplace continued to implement a strategy that was repeatedly unsuccessful they would be fired, immediately! I am not expecting Irsay to clean house, and I doubt Caldwell will lose his job, but what would be refreshing would be some accountability and acknowledgement of the inability to win a game this season. Along with the reassurance that things are being corrected and a plan is in place to give Peyton the team he deserves when or if he plays again.
