- Please hire someone from the Ravens front office to run this team.  They always seem to have outstanding drafts and are always a very, very, tough team.

- Please hire Rob Ryan as head coach.  He would do wonders with Freeney, Mathis, Hughes, Angerer and Sims. to name a few.

Draft the following people in the 1st 5 rounds of the 2012 draft:

Rnd 1-Andrew Luck

Rnd 2-Ray Ray Armstrong

Rnd 3-Alameda Ta"amu

Rnd 4-Mohammed Sanu

Rnd 5-Jeff Demps.

Use free agency to build the O line.  You can let go of Clark, Wayne, and Brackett.  Tamme, Garcon, and Angerer are viable replacements.  Keep Mathis.  With him, Freeney, Ta"amu, and Nevis-it should be one of the most feared DLines!!!!
