I've been very vocal about the players I would like to see the front office bring in, so I thought I would change it up a bit.  This is the front office dream team I would like to see for next year.  I've left off a few position coaches, need to research those a bit more.  I'm interested to see who some of you would like to see in the front office.  It is a dream team but not all that far fetched when I look at the front office of some of the other teams.

President:  Eric DeCosta (from the Ravens)-they seem to make very smart personnel moves.

Vice President/GM: Reggie McKenzie (From Green Bay)-another team that makes smart moves.

Head Coach: Rob Ryan or Peter Carmichael-Contrasting backgrounds/personalities, leaning towards Ryan though

Offensive Coordinator-Jeff Fisher

RB Coach-Emmitt Smith

WR Coach-Jerry Rice

Defensive Coordinator-Mike Singletary

DB Coach-Rodney Harrison
