Jack Del Rio out in Jacksonville
We have known for a long time that Jacksonville wouldn't go anywhere with Del Rio at the helm. I heard a report that the "regression of Blaine Gabbert" was one of the reasons he was let go during the season.
What does it say about the Colts when our QB has done nothing but regress throughout the season and our entire staff is intact and being praised weekly?

sad day for Colts
Without that terrible coach, Jacksonville may one day be competitive =(

Agree
My wife is a Jags fan and I have been telling her years that as a Colts fan, I couldn’t have been happier with Del Rio in Jacksonville. But I think she is happy he’s gone.
Terrible game manager, terrible evaluator and/or developer of talent and never seemed to take on the full role of a HC. It always seemed that he was throwing others under the bus, always seemed to deflect blame onto others.
Remember what he did to Leftwich and Garrard?? Pretty damn dirty if you ask me.
What do I really have left in life but this place? It ain't much of a home, but it's all I got. Well, g******it. I'll be damned if I let some foreign, graffiti writin', soul suckin', son of a bitch in an oversized cowboy hat and boots take my friend's souls and sh** 'em down the visitors toilet!

Cause we are staying the course, working on the little things, and staying consistent
Don’t know if there is enough room here to list all of the excuses laid out by Polian.

it will happen
I really don’t see why we need to fire them midseason. We’ve pretty much locked up the first pick, so drafting Luck and firing the current coaching staff is a given.
Why get so worked up about it now, unless you think we will somehow start reeling of victories.

I know a great coach for Jax to go after.
He’s stoic, level-headed, doesn’t let his emotions get the best of him, and sticks to his decisions. He’s PERFECT for Jax.

With some of our recent coaching moves
I could see us firing Caldwell to hire Del Rio.
