Mr. Irsay: You need to open your eyes and look at what your blind loyalty and refusal to see the truth has caused you to become. A Buffoon,a clown, an inept and incompetent owner who only cares about Tweeting silliness and stupidity rather than running your company like a CEO should do. If you have the backbone and the fortitude, fire all the coaches. Quit making excuses. Successful companies do not make excuses. Fire the entire front office.
