Please don't let your vision get blurred by this one win. Jim Caldwell still needs to go. There is absolutely no way you want him grooming your young rookie QB. It will probably be wise to let the Polians go as well. With the current front office, you run the risk of Luck pulling an Elway/Manning move. I was afraid of the Colts winning another game but if they get RGIII as a consolation prize then I'd be ok with that. There are a lot of tough decisions to make this off season Please think of the TEAM and the FUTURE of this team. It will be hard but players like Wayne, Addai, Moala, Clark, Brackett, Gonzalez, Powers, Lacey and possible Peyton, need to be shown the door. This coming season needs to be a reasonable mix of free agency and the draft to get this team back to prominence. Please start with Reggie McKenzie to replace Polian and Pete Carmichael to replace Caldwell. Remember, great leaders make tough decisions even if it's not popular.
