I've been pondering this for weeks. I'm not surprised that this didn't happen earlier. Caldwell has shown that without Peyton Manning (superhero HOF'er) he is as good a coach as my lump of clay. He also is as animated as my lump of clay, but i digress.
Most of you know why he still is the coach- he is the sole coach that can assure that we receive the first pick next year. This singular talent to make the best team in the past decade the worst in history-sorry Lions fans, we suck more- is the reason that he still coaches here. You know, be the best at what you do, and this guy has overachieved at sucking as a coach.
So when do we get a leader in the organization? You know like Jim Harbaugh, John Harbaugh, BB, shoot just a leader someplace in this organization that knows how to win, to inspire, to have emotions. I wish our Tin Man "Luck" in the future and I thank him for all the "Luck". Check out the poll and let's establish a timeline.
