If the numbers are correct. When a cap comes back, it should be at least $135 million. Fit in Manning and a few other guys, this makes it almost sure, that some players (Diem, Hayden) have to be cut. The good thing might be, that Tampa is at 60 million, so they could trade for a player (Hayden), who fits their system.
