top 50 draft classes

Stay connected for news and updates

I just got done reading a blog about the top 50 draft classes in the last 25 years and somehow the 98 colts draft didnt make it. How in the world can anyone in their right mind not make the draft class containing the bast quarterback to ever play the game as one of the top 50 if not the best ever? Not only that, but they didnt take the uber failure Ryan Leaf. This just goes over my head and confuses me beyond all belief. Please can anyone explain this to me???  Maybe I am wrong, but Peyton Manning is the one player in the league that coaches fear playing the most and has with out a doubt made this team. With out Peyton on the colts roster, atleast one third of our wins go out the window, He has an NFL record 4 M V Ps and is truly more valuable to his team than arguable any player in the history of the NFL. How can you not include the draft class in which he was drafted into the league and give credit to the  Colts for being wise enough not only to choose him but pass on the more popular choice at the time Ryan Leaf???  This just does not make sense.  Guess I'm not a great biased analyzer of the NFL draft...
